I definitely think he's guilty and I think that the prosecution did a pretty good job on the closing statement. There is just too much that doesn't make sense about Zimmerman's story...

But what evidence do they have of a depraved mind...beyond a reasonable doubt? That is required for murder.

You can't convict someone of murder or even manslaughter because you think there are holes in his story. It just doesn't work like that. He is innocent until proven guilty and I have not seen or heard any concrete proof that he wasn't having to protect his life.

The prosecution speculated a lot and pointed out differences in stories told. They argued that they thought Zimmerman might have been on top at some point but they didn't even prove that.

If these jurors have any questions or doubts about whether, at the moment he fired the fatal shot, Zimmerman "reasonably" feared that this was the only way to stop from getting beaten further, then they have to find him not guilty. There are too many doubts for there to be a conviction, in my opinion.

The prosecution will have roughly 25 minutes for their final rebuttal after the Defense's closing arguments. That is not much time to ease all doubts.

Based on what irrefutable facts?

Um, do you really want me to go through the entire case with you? Lol.

There is no solid proof that GZ didn't shoot in self defense. That creates reasonable doubt.

Exactly, and reasonable doubt should result in an acquittal.

I thought the OP was asking what we personally felt he is guilty of, not what we the think the jurors will decide.

Not Guilty. Deciding on facts not emotion. On a side note God I pray I never have to defend myself, and some of you are on the jury I would be screwed!! :) Peace and love 8)

I didn't watch the trial, but I've been following all of the news stories.

Girl what is wrong with you LOL j/k I have learned it's best to watch the trial. Depending on the news it's like politics. They always lean one way.
