I have been planning to hit up the thrift stores and I just haven't yet for some reason.

Well, her baby will not be a NB forever, and costs add up after they arrive so buying some before hand to have in the cupboard isn't a bad idea. She asked to refresh her memory and I remember my kids running fevers at midnight. So I'm not sure why you're jumping on the suggestion?

I was told to use them to dry the nub after cleaning. And I did, never had problems with them tearing apart.
