Cloth diapers/Mama cloth user banned

I'd really like to make my own and maybe even sell them one day if I'm good at it. Does anyone know a good link/tutorial to make cloth diapers and mama cloth? I'm googling right now but I know you ladies often have great links that I never seem to find haha

I'm sure this is a dumb question but...what's a mama cloth?

Cloth pads and such. They sound gross to most people but they're really not bad, and much more comfortable than the disposable, bleach-y chemical-y pads lol

I've actually heard they're way better and considering the irritation I've gotten from these frigging infinity pads idc if ppl think they're gross or not, I'd try em.

Etsy seems to always have patterns, idk if that's a possibility or not but that's where I get all mine.

I love how much the Infinity pads hold but they all irritate me bad too :( If possible I'd definitely prefer mama cloth for PP bleeding than a rash from disposables :(

Do you like your pattern for mama cloth better? Does it work better/hold more?

Yeah, I use bamboo which is said to hold more than flannel and I can tell it does. The actual shape though is just kinda personal preference I think.

Ah. Where do you get your fabrics? And I skimmed over the cloth diaper one pretty quickly because I had to go somewhere - does it say what fabrics I need? And do I make a cover as well or is it like an AIO?

All over. I've been "collecting" fabrics for a few years now... Walmart, JoAnns, online, etsy, ebay, yard sales, etc.

That link tells you how to make a pocket, AIO, AI2, fitted, etc. I used this pattern for a cover:

Or this one for a fleece/wool cover:

The AIO I don't need a cover for, right?

And which one there is the AIO? It's not listed under the name AIO and I'm confused, I'm such a noob haha. It has the pocket, sham pocket, hidden sewn in, lay in, sewn in, snap in - my best guess is that the AIO is the hidden sewn in?

Yes ma'am, sewn in would be an AIO and it wouldn't need a cover because the outside layer would a water proof layer.

No idea. I've only been sewing for a few years and have only had/used one machine. I got a Singer Simple for Xmas from my Dad a few years ago.
