Moms who breast fed, what bottles did you use ? I'm getting a medella pump next month and was going to buy the bottles to pump right into , but reviews on babies r us explain a few flaws that might not be worth trying. With my son i used playtex drop ins because of convenience and he was formula fed. All suggestions welcome !!!!

Ds1 loved pigeon wide neck bottles with the peristaltic teat, they moved most realistically to a real n****e. Mam were great too :)

None. :P But I would try to find ones with nipples that closely resemble the real thing. If they have drop ins for breastmilk, that would be great.

How soon did you transition to bottles and how long did it take baby to get used to ? I won't get paid while on maternity leave so icanttakelong I figured by week 4-5 I'd introduce bottles but if eel like that's so soon.

The only ones that my two youngest would take is the inexpensive gerber with the brown rubber n****e. I tried all the spendy bottles with my middle. My advice is to not spend too much money at first, maybe just get one of each to try, since every baby is different. We waited until 6 weeks to introduce them, as I was heading back to work at 8 weeks.

The unfortunate truth is, it just might be too soon. Some babies can switch from breast to bottle just fine but some babes will start to prefer the bottle because it's easier. US maternity leave is stupid! I'm not trying to discourage you; stick with it and I hope things will work out for you.
