I have some salmon fillets thawing for dinner but I've never made them before...What's the best and easiest way? I dn't have lemons but I have lemon juice. Also I have a bag of potatoes so I want to utilize those. Healthy suggestions?
I just bake them with some lemon juice and lemon pepper. You can put the potatoes in or in another dish and cook those too.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary and bake at 350 until it flakes. Slice potatoes, drizzle with olive oil and toss with sea salt and rosemary. Bake in the same oven with fish until fork tender.

Mmmm....that sounds good. And I actually have all that, lol.
I always use lemons (juice is fine) and bake at 350 for 20 min. or until middle is flaky. You could "broast" potatoes. I cut them in half length wise then make 3 wedges out of each half. In a gallon size bag throw some olive oil, and a seasoning pack, Ranch, Italian or whatever.. shake and bake on a cookie sheet with Pam at 350-400 for 30-40 min turning once. Sounds yummy:)
I always grill mine with lemon and dill
I just bake mine. I season them with lemon juice, pepper, and seasoning salt.
Broiled maple-glazed salmon is good.
ub with garlic, honey and soy sauce. Wrap in tin foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes. cut 3mm slits in the potato right along but not richt through. put butter on it and salt and pepper. Bake with the salmon. chuck together a salad and bam. dinner.
