Is this normal??? TMI possibly. KNZ. 3 kids; Washington 59253 posts

Posted about this a bit ago but it's seemed to progress.

I'm almost 4 months PP
Exclusively breastfeeding
no birth control
I had my first period last month,
regardless of breastfeeding.
Period from hell,
almost ER-worthy (per nurse's advice)

anyways, should've started approx. 10 days ago,
was PMSing like crazy the week before
(bloating, cramping, the works)
never came.
PMS passed.

Then came the TMI
just..crazy ...mucousy discharge.
PMS like symptoms are back, and mucous just...all over the place.
ew.

I have NOT had sex since my last period.
Blehhhh
what's going on?

Maybe just hormone fluctuations and delayed ovulation?

I'm 7w PP and not on BC and I'm producing copious EWCM (no period yet, one day of the lightest spotting imaginable a few days ago)---I haven't had sex since she wa born...

I'm gonna go with "breast feeding makes your cycle go f**king nuts and none of it means anything, except you're probably fertile, so don't f**k around without protection"---that's my game-plan.

I had the same thing!! 1st pp period was from hell, soooo heavy. Then the week before and during when my next one was due just soooooo much ewcm. Then I got it. It was a week late though.

haha, good plan.
my dude just got a vasectomy a few weeks ago, and i..just don't have time for sex w/him. so i'm good on that aspect of it. i just hate having to deal w/a period, let alone an undependable one with our damn trip coming up :(

ugh. seriously. that would happen to me.
we literally changed our trip across the states partially because of just how bad my period was and how it'll be virtually impossible to travel if i'm on it. and now if my period messes around like yours did, and mine's seeming too. i'm gonna be eff'd :(

I have a theory for that:

Carry my diva cup and a few light liner pads at all times. You know that b***h never shows up when you're prepared for her ass. Duct tape a tampon to your thigh for an emergency and that c**t may never come---she'll wait til the minute you take it off just to spite you because she is evil that way!

haha i believe that!
mine's so bad. like, i was going through those infinity overnight pads (super thin/absorbent so they don't feel gross but good enough to even be used PP) and i went through ONE in a 40 minute drive..yeah. and walking was just..no.
i have no clue how i'd do a 4 hour plane ride and travel w/three kids :?

It probably won't be nearly that bad the next time. None of my PP periods were that bad!
