Fresh food. No boxed meals, unhealthy food etc
Personally when I refer to clean I mean fresh (usually organic fruits and veggies, organic food all together.

Imo its eating as close to full nutrient content as possible. Consuming boxed goods, canned goods and frozens is consuming minimal nutrient and a lot of preservatives. I say if it goes bad in days it's better for u. If it lasts weeks its probably not a good idea to consume. (Excluding a few items such as grains. I always advise those transitioning to clean eating to shop outter aisles in a store. This includes fresh produce, dairy, nd meat's. Only enter center aisles for grains. Just because it says "healthy " doesn't mean it is. Man made foods or processed foods have chemicals and added.sugar. eating organic, fresh, free range, grass fed, non farmed (fish) etc.
