<blockquote><b>Quoting _Mrs. Johnson _:</b>" I was just talking about that a few weeks ago, I said they should have to renew every few years instead ... My friend was actually killed by an elderly person running her over. In Texas they have start legislation to require eye checks and testing after a certain age because of it. It really is a shame, and I would hate to take away anyone's right to drive but sometimes it is just better and safer for the community. Glad your DH is ok and I hope they can find the person.

The police contacted us today and asked if a news crew could come and interview my husband about the accident in hopes of getting some tips about the driver or them seeing it and maybe coming forward. It is set to air tonight at ten and eleven. I was at work during the interview so I can't wait to see what they asked him and if anything will come of the story being put out there.

That's good. If he can give a description of the car people in the community may see and know who it is or have an idea. Any little thing can help.
