i found a spray to clean fruits and veggies (homemade recipe) - using 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp. baking soda, 1 c. water... would i need to refrigerate this? i know it sounds stupid but you're supposed to refrigerate lemon juice after you open it, and this will be used on food, so...?

i tried vinegar/water before, i read it online and it said it would show in the water how dirty the food is, but there was no residue in mine, so idk.
