Does he go to daycare or stay with relatives? My son has been in daycare since he was 2, hes 5 now and has his one or two times a year where he will cry for no reason. I wouldnt worry.

I guess there is always a possibility that something could be going on.. you never can be too careful with your babies, but even at three he could just not be feeling good, or having "one of those day". Its just hard to tell sometimes.

He could have just been having an off day. Our 8 yr old DS occasionally will get upset when I take him to school- he says he just wants more time with me.

I don't think it is something I would worry about... my son does it every once and awhile when I am taking him to his dads or the sitters... he just has those "days"

He is at daycare most of the day and then his father will watch him at night if my sister works later than daycare goes.

True, I think I will just tell her to keep an eye on things.

I'd say it's normal. My almost 3 year old has done that in the past out of nowhere and it didn't last long. They just have bad days sometimes.

He is the sweetest. He says he hates that he and sister have school, and me and baby brother get to hang out all day long.
