I had that problem when I was in high school. I was the ONLY ONE at my bus stop but had to walk about a half a freakin mile to get to it every morning. I finally got it changed and they'd pick me up right in front of my house lol but yeah, it's a pain in the ass if there's other kids at the stop with him.

OMFG I do not want to take your 10 year old annoying son with behavioral issues to the school bbq. I have 2 kids of my own , one of which behaves only when he feels like it. Your child instigates. This shit line you're trying to give me "maybe he can help you with the boys" is not going to get me to be a free babysitter where your child is most likely going to act out and get my kids all riled up. I don't care if he wants to go , I refuse to bring him. My child is going to meet his classmates and we don't need a tag-along

I'd get a car now. Or at least try to, but don't rush into things. Make sure you do your research because if you jump into it you could end up getting something you regret getting, or get the car and end up seeing one that would have been better.

I FINALLY got my car last night. I love it! It's a teal four door Toyota Corolla. The salesman was awesome.. and he was kinda new to the job so he was a bit of a pushover (which worked out in my favor) and he was willing to work with me. I told him straight up I had no cash to offer up front, I wanted to put it all on the loan, and he dropped the price of the car by like $1,000 so I wouldn't have to pay anything. And he was cute!  So after a month (or more, probably) of looking and researching, I finally got the car I wanted and everything went so smoothly. I'm proud of myself for doing it all on my own too.

I can't believe you ignored the union when they called. We have to move by the end of February and have no f**king clue where we're going to move or if we're going to rent or buy. We don't have enough for a good down payment. You want a new car, which really is needed, but you won't be able to afford a car payment and higher insurance. I sure as hell hope you're right about taking this job. I have a bad feeling that you're going to wind up having to quit and look elsewhere because it's not enough money. I understand you have been wanting to work for them for years but you're not even going in full time to drive until spring and that's if they still need a full time driver by then. You should've answered and went to do a union job even if it was only a few months you know you'd make a shitload if money. You fucked up.

Your moving situation sounds like the situation me and SO were in when I was moving out of my roommate's place and we needed a place to go. They were breaking the lease and I had like a month to find a place and we had to have a house that was being rented out by a private owner because SO has terrible credit and would never be approved to be put on a lease.. and he was on probation at the time so wherever he lived (unless it was his parent's place), he HAD to be on the lease. We got lucky and about a week before I had to move out we found the perfect house with the perfect owner at the perfect price. I have faith you guys will find what you're looking for. We had to stay at my mom's for like a week but it wasn't too bad. Good luck! And I'm sorry he didn't take that call. :? Could he call them back?

Get the Honda! I had an '05 Chevy Cavalier and I f**king hated it. I liked my '92 Toyota Tercel more than I liked the '05 Cavalier. It was a real p***e o* s**t. Once it hit about 110,000 miles it would f**king shake like crazy every time I drove it, and I bet you anything the Honda gets better mileage than the Chevy.

EDIT: Also, you can drive a Honda up to 300,000 miles easy as long as you take care of it. You're lucky if a Chevy reaches 200,000 (and average mileage for people is about 15,000 miles a year, so you'd get about seven extra years out of a Honda).

Dude GTFO. Yeah I went to the movies, with a guy, and it wasn't a date (well it was a he paid for it, but not a date). We're friends. "no guy takes a girl to the movies one on one if its not a date, no matter the friendship level" Uhm f**k you. lol. I'm not even thinking about being with you AGAIN. I broke up with you for a REASON. Uhm, like you saw me 6 times in 6 months. There's no excuse when you only live 45 minutes away. You never took me on a date. You BARELY texted me. (Some days I only got a hey over the course of 3 days). You freaked out if I called you. You think I want to go through that again. NO. I don't care if you still love me, I don't care if you "cried every night since we broke up". It's all bullshit. Should have felt that way when you had me.

Thanks, I'm just so irritated. He has been whining for weeks that his union rep didn't call this year and I kept saying call him yourself. Of course he didn't because he procrastinates with everything :x. He could call back but the job probably went to someone else. When I was at the hospital in labor with LO his rep called and he missed it because his phone was on silent, he called back 45 mins later and the job was gone already. I wanted to strangle him when he said his rep called but he didn't see it and didn't call back. I was like :x what the f**k dude. Like, I get that he's been trying to get in this company for years but they only need a driver part time so he's going to be in the warehouse until they need someone to drive full time which hopefully is in the spring. But in the meantime, he's going to make like $4 a f**king hour less which we can't really afford. We'll manage for awhile because he should get lots of overtime, but in the winter they go down to just 40 hours a week. Idk what the f**k we're going to do then. He already said he's gonna have to get a second job over spring. I feel awful if he has to do that since I stay home, but there's not much I can do. I just enrolled in online classes that start Monday and I don't have my license right now so even if I got a job to help out I have no way to get there, nowhere to put the kids while I worked and daycare is so expensive it'd be useless. Besides, I'm not going to go somewhere for like a month or two then quit even if I could get there and stuff. It's just frustrating. And he has awesome credit and he's a veteran so getting a loan for a house isn't an issue but I know if you have no down payment it bites you in the ass in the long run. I also don't want to rent because we'd be paying like twice as much to rent a 3 bedroom apt or house than if we just had a mortgage payment. This place isn't too bad but we have no room and I don't want LO sleeping in our room much longer. Idk if our landlord will agree to let us go month to month but that's what we need.

Guys are so dumb.. don't realize what they got til it's gone. Yet we do everything we can to keep them in our lives.

I think Im leaning towards the honda. My mom is pushing me towards getting a honda because my brother and all 3 of my moms hubs boys have them. And from what I remember they are solid as shit. In 98 we got in a 30 car pile up in san antoino with a 97 honda [I think; and we were the last car]and it got totalled but it stood its ground, it hit one of those big trucks with dual wheels. Its a little bit more than I wanted to spend but... oh well... it has everything I want.

I was talking to Jay about it one day (He's my son's dad). and I was like Torrey wants me back. and Jay was like "if he wasn't a d**k, and such a bullshitter, he'd probably still have you. HE was the one who messed up, and he messed up a great thing".
I even told someone else, I was like probably about 2 months or so I wasn't even fully invested in it. I was just like whatever. and he didn't even catch on. The longer it went on, I was just interested in the sex (which wasn't even that much).
He's oblivious. and I don't care. I've told him after Dustin passed that I didn't love him like I used to (Cuz we saw each other, he came to the house, and all we did was talk). But my feelings arn't there.
