I LOVE living here, and I love our roommates. And this situation is tons better than our old situation.

Since I am the only one without a job, we agreed that I would cook and clean. Okay, not a big deal; I enjoy it. The thing is, E (female roommate) will barely touch anything I cook.

She grew up in a well-to-do family and was spoiled her entire life and still expects that same treatment. Sorry princess. We can't afford fast food every night and we eat FOOD, not microwaved junk. Don't like it, buy your own food and cook for yourself.

It is just really annoying that I bust my ass cleaning and putting together meals (they won't give me ideas on what to make, so I pull something out of the freezer each morning and just go with it) just to have her push it aside and make an egg biscuit. She is pregnant! She needs more nutrition than cereal and egg biscuits.

And talking to them does absolutely no good. She is very sensitive and cries at the smallest of things. I just needed to get it off my chest. :) ♥

Only cook for yourself then?
Quit making enough for E.

My mom is overly picky too. I need to move out.

Well, she IS pregnant. Even if everyone else thinks your food is delicious, her nausea/pregnant taste buds might not.

*shrug* then she complains that nothing is made by the time J (her bf/DH's best friend) gets home from work. It is a lose/lose situation with her I guess.

Gotcha.

Well, I would just brush it off. If everyone else is fine with what you are cooking, then her opinion shouldn't matter.

:\ true. It is just a little annoying that they expect me to cook for them, then don't eat what I cook. If you are going to cook your own food anyway, why expect food to be made for you?

I would love it if she would. Nothing would make my day more.
