To start cutting back on formula and start giving them more milk?

I know they need formula or breastmilk until at least 1. But how soon is too soon to cut back on formula?

you can ditch the formula completely at a year old (unless they have a milk intolerance or allergy)

He's lactose intolerant. Right now he gets soy milk with meals but we haven't cut back on formula, he LOVES the soy milk. Like you'd swear it was freaking liquid candy, we have to pry his sippy out of his hands lol.

I stopped formula with my little girl when she was like 10 & 1/2 or 11 months. I switched her milk. - I gave her multivitamin drops for infants until she was eating actual food, regularly.

I started transitioning at 11 months with both my boys and complete off by 1 year. My cousin started at 10 months transitioning.

Okay will do, he has an appointment tomorrow and i was gonna talk to her then, just wanted to know what everyone else thought.
When we went to get milk for him, i just got the kind that said WIC approved because i figured thats what he would be getting when hes a year old.

I'm a stubborn ass now when it comes to who he sees at his drs office lol. Now i will only let him see either his regular dr or the 1 other dr that i love there.
