Im wondering how much cals you ladies are consuming on most days? Also, how high in cals can you go and still steadily lose? I have been through points in my life where I ate the 1200 cals and worked out, 500 cals and lost superfast, binging like crazy on 4000 cal a day, this is the first time ive done between 1500-1800 regularly I do have at least 1 day im eating around 2100 a day .im eating mainly good foods.mostly organic and all natural. Not doin fast food, no sodas only green tea, milk and water, lean meats, veggies, fruit, low fat dairy.I dont weigh myself anymore bc I do not want the scale to rule my life.but I feel good at this cal amt and I figure it is about what your eating not just how much.I find that 1800 im feeling my best though with a 45 to 60 min workout.

I do between 1300-1600. You can really lose weight no matter how many calories you intake, as long as you're burning more than you consume. It would just be pretty damn hard to burn off 5k + calories per day.

For the last couple weeks I've been eating about 1200 tops and burn about 600 calls on average a day. I don't know if its working or not yet because I don't have a scale.

Normally when I'm trying to loose weight I make sure to end up, so after exercise is factored in, at between 1200-1500 calories

1200-1500 typically (depends on my body, I try to listen to it to know if I need more on certain days). But while I'm bfing I set it at 1500 and sometimes go as high as 2000 or so just depending on what my body is telling me. If you exercise you need to eat it back though.

Only having 500 a day isn't healthy. You will lose fast, of course, because you are basically starving yourself.

I stick to 1200 a day. I count my calories and add them up. Occasionally I go over but I am usually right at 1200. I have lost 40 lbs in 2 and 1/2 but I have been taking Phentermine as well.

1200 is about the lowest I would consume. The more you work out, the more calories you should consume too. I only walk and bike ride due to injuries from a car wreck, so 1200 suits me. So with your work outs, 1800 is probably a very good number.

I know 500 is not healthy. I was saying the ways I have been eating over the yrs. I ate 500 during my eating disorder. Some days then nothing at all. Since then I have not been able to eat normally. It was either too little or too much but now ive been better and feel like im at a good place now with my eating.
