Did you get pregnant while taking vitex? I heard it can screw up your cycles. I have irregular cycles but lately have been 33/34 days.

It screwed me up bad. I took it 3x a day, up until O day. That cycle lasted for about 67 days :x I completely skipped my June period.

I have PCOS and I started taking Vitex, Vitamin B complex, and Evening Primrose Oil(on my period), I took it for one month and I just got three positive pregnancy tests. :) Worked really fast, I must have ovulated hard because I had a tiny spot of blood around the time I should have O'ed.

OMG me too!
It worked with regulation for a month (no ovulation)
Then completely messed me up the next month.

I had such high hopes :( I even bought 2 bottles. Now they're going to waste

Sorry it didn't work out for you guys... I took it knowing it could go either way.. I wanted to go the natural route as much as possible before having to go back to the doctor for more fertility help. I completely changed my diet, too. I think it's worth it as long as you don't have high expectations.

Mine too.
I am going to try Pregnancy Prep which is a herbal cocktail.
2 of these (Vitex and Maca) I have had bad experience with. But it also contains other herbs that are supposed to help so we will see.

I only get a period once a year unless I take BC or provera...I took Vitex a year or two ago and within two weeks I got my period and just felt better. I stopped taking it because I ran out. It actually made me regular.

I just started taking it again last week and I feel crampy (in a good way!)

I would be very careful because Vitex has been known to screw up many women. I took Vitex in 07' for months, it did nothing for me. I took it again in 11' it didn't help.

Look into other herbs before taking Vitex.

Not sure. Irregular because I have PCOS.
