That's why I said it's not about the "average Joe." that holds until something goes bad.
The bigger issue is with people in powerful positions.

Well when you have every damn news station focusing on a single damn trial and people continually bitching back and forth about it while this shit continues? Yea, I think it's stupid.

Because dividing eachother further over race is MUCH more important than fixing the ridiculous number of problems this country is facing.

It's not the government focusing on the trial and similar race issues, it's the media.

I know, and what the media focuses on, most people focus on it like it's the only thing going on.

Then say that is stupid, not race issues. Don't roll your eyes at me, watch what you say next time, toots.

Neither one is more important than the other. They are both issues that need to be tackled. You're a p***e o* s**t if you think racism is no big deal. That's pretty much what you're saying.

Never said it WASN'T a big deal, but plenty are acting like THIS issue isn't a big deal because they have nothing to hide. Shit, Im a stay at home mom who has nothing to hide but this still makes me angry. Like thenuge said, and Im paraphrasing here: this is a stepping stone to tyranny.

And I apologize for not being more clear earlier, I have to rush a lot of my posts. I DO NOT think race issues aren't important, it's just making me sad that people seem to be more divided over those issues than making an attempt to come together to fix these issues that involve everyone.

It angers me then saddens me. I feel like regardless who the president Obama, Romny, Cheech and Chong this is going to happen. Hell I've gotten infamil coupons in the mail because of my insurance. When I was in college I knew my info was being sold.

It all about money.
