Okay so I need some advice on what to try eating or drinking.

This morning I had toast with strawberry jelly and water, and it made me so nauseous. I just threw that up (sorry tmi), what can I try eating that won't make me sick?

I'm hungry but I'm so scared to eat, drinking water even makes me sick.

Potatoes? That's all I could eat for a while because of morning sickness. Baked potatoes and fries.

What about crackers? Or a plain potato chip. I mean it's not the healthiest but at least you'd keep something down.

Drink Lemonade. The sourness helps with nausea. I couldn't drink water when I was pregnant. Lemonade and warhead candy really helped me so that I could keep food down.

Lemon Gatorade!!! Helps with the nausea and keeps you hydrated! Eating wise...plain Saltines and just kind of nibble them. If it doesn't get better talk to your doc about nausea meds.

Try just plain crackers, sometimes that's all I could eat. I drank room temperature ginger ale and it helped me some too. Other than that I would suck on sour candy whenever I felt sick and it eased it up.
