Are you eating alot of fiber rich foods? Sometimes too much fiber can cause gas, pain and ESP constipation. This happens to me but I've found that drinking plenty of water helps things pass and really eases my symptoms.

I lost a lot of weight too (100 pounds) I have not experienced any issues really. Just eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.
I also recommend green tea, I feel like it helps me too!

Agreed. Also, I know for me, only fiber that naturally comes in foods helps me. For example, eating a small cup of steamed broccoli with dinner helps me for the next day. However, if I eat one of those fiber bars, it actually hurts my stomach.

With my weight loss my stomach issues improved. Have you tried taking a stool softener? That could help.

This is not to scare you, at all. But a friend of mine lost a lot of weight fast. Granted she was extremely heavy and lost a good bit more than 50lbs. But she lost it too fast and had stomach issues. They checked her out for it and found that she had Gall stones. They told her it was because she changed her diet so drastically she wasn't using it as much, and they had to remove it.

This is what I am afraid of.. This is pretty much what happened to me. I had something traumatic happen that left me unable to eat for 2 weeks without involuntarily throwing up. I lost 15-20 pounds in that two week duration, which I know is NOT good for you. Once I was able to start eating again I completely changed my eating habits and have continued eating healthy ever since. Thank you for your input! This very well could be the problem

Thank you, I think you may be right. A good friend of mine had to have her gall bladder removed, and has mentioned she thinks that is my problem as well. I will bring it up to my Dr. I completey forgot that gall bladder could be a possibility.

Hopefully not. But I would get checked out ASAP. Good luck!

Yea, it basically binds up inside you. Ouch. It's a great thing for you, as long as you drink the water to back it up, lol
