Ive been working our like crazy losing weight like crazy. I was wondering how long it would take to see muscle in my thighs and legs. I know you can tighten up, but im streangth training and eating right im seeing it in my arms and lower legs altot but i want to see it in my thighs.

I think you should be able to see first results in about 6-8 weeks.
