Clicked enter to fast lol...

But Im in my first trimester, Ive lost ten pounds so far, haven't thrown up not once. My appetite is shot to shit, however my liquid intake is pretty good. I bought some protein shakes but Im having a really hard time consuming any type of solid food. I tried to force feed myself soup and some Ramen noodles the past couple of days but I'll literally start gagging as soon as the food touches my tounge.

I really was expecting to eat everything in sight....not hide from food=(

it happened with both pregnancies. I didn't get back to my starting weight until the 2nd trimester , then started gaining weight.

Is there anything that you actually want to eat?
If there is, just eat it. Doesn't matter what it is. As long as it's not, you know, raw meat or something. lol.

When I had morning sickness (well, mine was more like evening sickness. lol) I used to suck on peppermint lifesavers. It helped. I've also heard lemon and ginger help.

Try keeping crackers next to your bed or in your purse. It's hard, but if you can eat something, it actually helps the nausea more than having an empty tummy. Whenever I have a pukey tummy, I drink Coke. Rather than sprite or 7-up. It always settled my stomach better.

Well there was a point where it was just hot food that made me nauseous, but stuff like cereal, sandwhiches, etc I could stand. Im going to keep trying though because its like a vicious cylce, I'm nauseous because my stomach is empty but I cant eat because I'm nauseous.

I ate a steak a few weeks ago and it seemed to clear up my sickness for a few days. I told so that I need to eat a big juicy steak twice a week so I didn't feel like crap all day every day.

first trimester I ate absolutely nothing but popsicles, sliced pineapples, sunflower seeds, lemons and ramen noodles. I depended on my prenatals and supplements to keep me alive during that time lol. I feel your pain
