Quoting Red Bottom:" <blockquote><b>Quoting Vindictive:</b>" That's an ignorant statement."</blockquote> ... [snip!] ... People who make you feel insignificant, don't respect your feelings, and hold double standards over your relationship, are not."

You have no idea what she has been through, or what their relationship is truly like. You can't judge her SO, her relationship, or HER based on a single post made over the internet.

Hence why I called your statement ignorant.

Exactly. Which was why I left for awhile after all that happened. I was jusy too on edge and took things too personally and I had a falling out with a group of girls here because I didnt agree with something one of them had posted. It was ridiculous. This site had changed a lot in the last 5 years.

<blockquote><b>Quoting Vindictive:</b>" No kidding. Too many judgemental b***hes "running" the place.. drove everyone away. The side bar used to go too fast to keep up with. Now look at it. Too much interweb bullying going on."</blockquote>

I remember. Youd post something and itd be off the sidebar within minutes.

Yeah way too much bullying going on and too many people thinking they are internet police.

I'm sorry but why does he have to woo you? If you want some tell him, men aren't mind readers.

So because he isn't a mind reader, he shouldn't think up ways to make his girlfriend feel good/happy/pretty?

So essentially you're saying he's an a*****e for not doing it. Which I stated earlier, but when I do it I'm a judgemental b***h. Got it.

Though she has a point. If you want something, you need to verbalized it.

Christ. People are taking the woo comment too literally.

So what if I want him to make me feel wanted at times?! EVERYONE wants to feel wanted by their SO.

<blockquote><b>Quoting Just Ames:</b>" Because of one incident? Damn girl, no one is perfect."</blockquote>

Because he doesn't respect her feelings and allows himself to do things that he doesn't allow her to do, which goes back to respect. And judging by her trust for him and faith in his ability to change, I highly doubt this is isolated.

All of that, aside from the originating issue that he does not make her feel wanted.

You're not very good at reading people. Mistakes are part of life, and this guy sounds like one of them. Pretending he's not is the problem.
