Been in triage for a while now. Heartbeat is good. She didn't move until after the put the monitors on though. Then gave me the sugariest drink I've ever had, and a turkey sandwich meal thing. They're still monitoring me but they say she's looking better. And they're checking my urine for a bladder infection.

Thank goodness!

For sure. And they're making me start doing kick counts at home until I deliver.

I think that's a good idea.

I was never told to do kick counts. Even after I lost my daughter, my (then new) doctor, never told me about them or how to do them. I think it's pretty common for doctors NOT to talk about them, unfortunately.

Nope. And she's always been a good mover until today when I literally couldn't make her move.

That's dumb that they didn't tell either one of you. I bet it's really common though for dr's not to say anything.

I am almost 35 weeks and my baby also changed from very active to kind of lazy in the last two weeks. It's nerve wrecking. I was told to expect at least 5 kicks inn one hour. If not than I have to redo the test in the following hour (as baby can sleep up to 50 minutes at a time.)

These are the directions I was given tonight. And to keep an eye on her. If it continues to happen they said they may need to take her out :( but I'm hopeful it wont happen. Once I got that sugar drink kicked in her heart rate went all the way up to the 180s. Lol. Her norm is 140s.
