Okay and now I understand. You seem to be the only one bothered by the fact that I had a question and wasn't understanding compeltly. Yes I would seek out the appropriate expert on the topic, in this case if I had questions about car seats I would contact the nearest certified carseat inspector. Here that's the cop shop.
