My first thought is that it must be difficult to go to the bathroom multiple times a day but the idea is cool

I've never used a wrap, but I think it's pretty awesome you can make your own!!

From what I understand there are no studies showing they help with stretched skin or muscle tone. They can help your uterus shrink more quickly and support your weakened abdominal and back muscles. Doesn't hurt to try it. I bought a wrap but only wore it once, my stomach muscles and skin are good. I think it's mostly fitness level prior to pregnancy, amount of weight gained and genetics that affect how quickly, easily and how much your body bounces back after pregnancy.

I wrapped but it was nothing fancy. I think everyone from where I am from does this wrap. They just call it a belly band and they use an ace bandage and lay down and wrap that shit up tight.
