Ok so I'm 23 wks tomorrow and every so often my left hip hurts! If I'm laying down and get up it hurts, if I'm walking it hurts. This feeling lasts anywhere from 3 days to a week and I've had it happen maybe 3 times already. She's kicking so I know she's fine but I'm wondering what this could be and also what works for you ladies? It's not directly on my side it's like that cute spot to get a front hip tattoo and then up following the bone where it curves and then sometimes it shoots around the underside of my belly. She likes to sit there and also lay really low (to the point where if I don't show them her lady bits US pic they swear up and down I'm having a boy lol) so I'm not sure if its simply her hitting a nerve

Welcome to ligament pain. Where the title is pretty much self explanatory.

You will have it until birth, some are cursed with it for life.

Stretch, heating packs/ice packs, tylenol, walking it out. Only thing I've found that somewhat helps.

You can have it on either side, both sides, under and over the belly. its all the same pain. Its your growing uterus stretching to accommodate size and since the baby, fluid and placenta all weigh something, you're going to get that "burning pulling" feeling.

Just like PP added, a pregnancy support belt can help. I had it after baby, so I wore one.
