You don't have to use pecorino romano cheese. I use parmesan, it tastes fine.

Quoting Lianna:" Is it like lasagna? looks like it lol!"

It is. It's Greek Lasagna. It has eggplant instead of pasta and the meat sauce has tomatoes, red wine and nutmeg/cinnamon. It's very very good.

Mexican stuffed peppers. Hamburger or turkey (ground), cooked with an onion. Cook Mexican style rice, add meat. Cut the lids off of green peppers, fill with meat and rice and top with cheese. I cook mine in the crockpot but you could also bake them.

Campfire stew! It's my favorite and SO loves it.. and the leftovers taste just as good as it did the day you made it! Anytime someone asks what they should make for dinner, I suggest this because it's always a crowd pleaser, it serves 4+ people and it's easy to make! You just need..

2 lbs. ground beef
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 cans condensed vegetable soup (not vegetable beef)
A box of noodles (I usually use elbow noodles)

You just cook the beef, drain the grease, add the cans of soup to the beef (don't add water to the soup) and serve over the noodles. It's like a homemade Hamburger Helper but wayyy better (SO hates Hamburger Helper but will eat this all day lol). I usually keep the noodles and the beef/soup mix separate because there's usually too many noodles.
