Hey!! Since you don't have any hot tools I would go a buy either bumble & bumble beach spray orrrr Aussie "catch the wave" mousse. The beach spray you will likely have to go to a supplier but the Aussie mousse you can get at any drug store and its awesome! You just put the mouse in damp hair and scrunch it and it will leave your hair wavy all day. :)

I use alot so it does feel kind of crunchy when it dries but I just brush it out and it leaves it more soft.
