I'm sending it to my email and printing it off before court, would it be accepted though since it's facebook?

Should be. It's better than nothing.

I used printed screen shots from FB for a court case which were accepted so you should be fine with yours

No. You cannot bring a phone into court. You can print of screen shot but that might not be admissible. It may have to be from the actual phone company.

Was going to print it off and a previous poster said she has done it and was accepted thanks, though.

That was that judge. Screen shots can be doctored, so a more modern judge may not accept them.

Of course it depends on the judge, and said poster never stated when or how long ago her court case was when she used them.. again thanks, though.

Red bottom is correct, though it was a few judges because it it was an emancipation case, but, being that I was a minor when all this happened I needed all sorts of proof that I wasn't safe. So if your case is a matter of safety I think any proof you can get is helpful and will be accepted. Tho I will tell you this, if the screen shots aren't clear and easy to read, they WILL be tossed out because judges won't take the time to try and decipher what it says.

They're clear and my stalking protection order was granted for the fact when we were together in the past he was physically, emotionally, and verbally abusive. It lasts 5 years and the screen shots I printed were accepted =].
