the only thing that helped me was to try to be more aware of when i am swearing - i asked people around me to point out when i do it, and i rephrase it without a swear. Eventually i learned to catch myself first, and then i stopped jumping to swears (unless super angry ;D ) being aware of when you do is the biggest hurtle, then you can get to change it.

Ugh I need to too!! My boss told me the other day Jackie we all cus and I don't mind but you and ****** (another girl I work with) really need to calm it down you keep slipping infront of customers and the new employees now think its ok to talk like that :shock:

Yah really bad I mean my boss cusses a lot and so does my district manager but its bad when I do it infront of the customers :oops:
