They say 6+ months but I was using it before then with DS. It all depends on the baby!

If its just frozen breast ill I think that would be great! I wouldn't do any other foods in them yet.

I think it should be fine with frozen breast milk.

No definitely not!!! I'm not planning to introduce solids until about 7+ months.

my DS started teething at about 6 weeks and ive been freezing breastmilk into thin icelolly moulds and let him suck on them, it soothes their gums and is only breastmilk so its fine

DD got her first tooth a few days after she hit 4 months. We actually gave her a piece of celery to chew on because she didn't like (still doesn't) cold things in her mouth. We didn't let her swallow any of it if she broke off any of it we immediately took it out of her mouth and got a new piece. She broke those teeth in on celery and carrot sticks
