Only one of our kids had her name set by the time we had her. All the others we waited till after they were born.

we didn't decide until a few hours before we left the hospital.

That is how it was with our youngest, it was nearly the second day by time we had him officially named. We kept getting calls and texts wanting to know his name lol

We went in with a list of names and when DD was born we knew which one was right for her :)

We already had names picked out for each kid before we even knew the sex.

With our first, I gave DH like 487865415687645 names and he turned down every single one of them. Baby day, no name. But as soon as DH held him he was like "He looks like an Alexander" and that was that. (Alexander was totally one of the names I had showed him!! >.< grrr lol)

With our second, DH thought of the name like mid-pregnancy, we had looked at names together and nothing was catching our attention, so he was like "how bout _____" and I was like oh I like that, and that's what we named him.

With our little girl...well we were keeping the A names going, so I suggested Abigail...DH loved it as soon as I told him. I may or may not have chosen it because of NCIS :lol:

Hubby thinks he has names picked out, but I am not feeling either of them anymore. He doesn't like any names I do, but wants me to settle for the names he wants.

So IDK what will happen with our kids' names, if we ever get to have them.

My son's name was chosen before we knew his gender.

We have yet to name this baby. We have a list of ones we like but haven't picked just one. Honestly I doubt we will pick until she's already born.
