Quoting .Colleen.:" LMFAO too bad this wasn't popular when I was in high school I got called chicken legs for looking ... [snip!] ... like that :x:lol: as far as a goal for a young girl? Need I say how f**king stupid and pointless that would be?"

We used to make fun of the thigh gaps in magazines when we were in high school.

When not prego I have a small gap now & I do love it because I have always chaffed so bad I blister...and I've never really been overweight. Things just shifted after I had kids & my hips line up differently. So I cant' lie - I love it because I can wear dresses all summer without spandex shorts under them to preserve my thigh skin. Other than THAT issue though, I actually prefer the way it looks when thighs touch. It feels better, in warm weather, when they don't though.

I have honestly never thought about it. I am over weight and just want to be healthy. Idgaf if my thighs or anyone else's thighs touch or not. I do agree that chafing is a b***h though..

I don't think it's attractive and can't fathom why anyone would want one.
