My niece didn't start walking until she was about 15 months, my oldest daughter was around a year when she started and my youngest was about 18 months. Relax momma she will walk when she is ready.

My oldest didn't walk until he was 15 months my youngest started walking right at a year. As long as she can stand and cruise the furniture she is just fine.

I wouldn't worry about it. A lot of kids don't even walk until after a year old. They all develop at their own pace. My kids walked at 14 months, 11 months and 13 months.

Also, her walking fine behind toys but not on her own is likely due balance and confidence, it's completely normal. As she develops better balance, her confidence will grow. She'll be running into walls and furniture in no time! :P

DD was like that. she'd take, at the most, three steps by herself and then fall. she has been walking while holding onto something since she was about 7 months old, so of course i thought she'd be walking in no time. the day after her first birthday, at her party, she took five whole unassisted steps. by the next week, she was walking all by herself. she's almost 16 months now and is getting pretty fast with her running. lol. LO will do it when LO is ready, and it could be overnight :)

She is just fine. My son walked on his first birthday, my daughter started walking this week and will be 10 months next Friday, and my cousin's little girl was 15-16 months old. Every baby is different, she'll walk when she's ready ;)
