You look good as hell. BUT I really do favor the curvy body type on anyone.

I don't have any real advice. :( Just that...I luv you.

It is weird, because I don't feel like I look bad, but I know I'm not on the right track. Does that make sense? Like, I know that to a normal eye I look perfectly fine. But I can't wear real shorts without seeing cellulite, and things aren't toned anymore, and I'm just not sure what to do. Maybe I'm doing all the right things now, and I just need time to see results. I guess with my mom's health issues, and obesity, I am scared to go down that path.

I don't think you need to lose weight just tone. I would just continue consistently with exercise you will see results. I don't believe you need a lot of cardio ( you look healthy weight to me!) but some squats, planks etc to tone tummy, bum and thighs I think will leave you happy with the results. You are definitely not fat so don't be to hard on yourself

So less cardio, more weight training? I've been doing the reverse (probably because the weight room in the gym intimidates me..) I never used to be intimidated, so I don't know why I am now.

I'm not an expert in any way when it comes to fitness but I have always been smaller.

Cardio will build up your fitness and help you lose actual weight. The cellulite will be helped by toning which will be by working with the weights for you ( if you were fat you would need the cardio but you're not)

. Do a little cardio for warm up, then focus on weight work. You don't need the gym to be able to tone, but if you do use te gym just focus on anything that works your legs and bum. Your arms look awesome as they are.

I always found it helpful to use ankle weights when I was cleaning my house. Killed two birds with one stone.

Your weight itself may increase, mucke weighs more than fat. So I woul take a photo of now and ten just compare how you look

My husband bought me a gym membership as a gift, so I feel obligated to use it. I do enjoy leaving the house each morning though. I did P90X after my first child, and looked awesome:

So, that was all with lower weights, but more reps...less cardio work. Today I did 20 minutes on the elliptical, and then around 30 minutes of weights and stuff..mostly because I felt like I was going to die on the elliptical this morning & forgot my water bottle.

I think outside of working out, the one thing that has helped me the most is cutting carbs to almost nothing. I did a 28 day carb fast and the 30 squat challenge. I lost 5lbs and a couple inches off of my butt, hips and thighs.

The lady at the gum said weight training is best. For the amount of time your muscles are "feeling it" your still burning calories so 2-3 days. Whereas the moment you get off the elliptical your body is done burning calories! But I would kill to have your figure again. Goddamn PCOS.

To tone your thighs a stair stepper would help. Squats would help tone your upper thighs and butt too. I found these and these will help with toning your thighs

This one is geared more towards butt and back of the thigh

Thee main thing that helps me get to my ideal is lowering my calorie intake and cutting out sugar! I am addicted to chocolate and it is soooo hard for me not to eat it. And I drink lots and lots of water every day. The only thing I drink that's not water is coffee in the morning and some beers or rum and coke's a few times a week.

a ton of water is supposed to help with skin elasticity, so i would assume that would help with cellulite.

So do I, but after doing the carb detox, I've been able to eat them in moderation. Plus now if I have breads, it's whole wheat and brown rice. I still eat a sweet from time to time, but it's like I'm good with a few pieces of dark chocolate instead of a whole bar.
