Does anyone else do it. Are you seeing results?

I do cardio 3 times a week and strength 3-4 times. I love my body! Minus my muffin top, but that's going to be a continuous struggle for me after my c-sec, lol.

I'm too fluffy to notice a physical difference but it reduced my a1c from 6.0 to 5.4 making me no longer pre-diabetic.

Yes, It's definitely shrinking, I can really tell a difference! It's just not totally gone, lol. Like, I'm not confortable wearing the pants that make my butt look really good, and wearing a tight top. I have to wear loose fitting tops still and I hate not having the option.

Oh damn girl!!! I'm 4 years pp, lmao!! I was 161 when I had him and over the years have got down to 130-140. It's been very hard for me to maintain my ideal of 130. I have had a regular excerise routine for 3 years now.

I haven't always been focused on a specific goal, you know? I just plan on the gym as always being in my life, lol. I enjoy it a lot, even if there's not something specifc I'm working towards.

I love my body fit. I lift weights, cardio, and eat well. I'm 11 weeks post my 3rd csection and I feel great about my body. I still have work protien do but I just had a baby so I'm not worried!!! Lifting makes a huge difference
