i voted good idea because i understand where they are coming from and i think it would help find the sickos out there hurting children. but at the same time, it IS the mothers right and a humans right to keep to themselves without having government or law officials involved. :/ its a tough one.

In this case, I like the government intrusion as I think it's protecting the child having a child. Also, somewhere down the road, the paternity confirmation may come in handy for financial support.

A girl under 16 IS on government assistance, that's pretty much a guarantee. The father needs to pay to support that child & that child needs her rights protected even if she is too young to see they have been violated.
