She's here! jen black Due July 24; 1 child; California 1000 posts3rd Aug
I'm a little late, but after my induction Wednesday night, my second daughter, Ryleigh Ann, arrived Thursday August 1st at 6:51pm. 21 inches long and 9 lbs 8oz! I have a quick question! My first was the baby from hell. Screamed from the second she was born and rarely ever slept. And ate like a crazy. Well this one, she is the opposite. As I've heard it might be. She rarely cries. Sleeps, and when she's awake she just looks around the room and lays down. She rarely eats. She is pooping and seems to be peeing enough. I'm trying to keep in mind not every baby is the same and she's only 48 hours old. Any insight? She will be seen by her doctor on Monday. Just looking for some reassurance.

is she jaundiced at all?? That can make them sleepy and then you gotta work with them to get them to eat.

No she's not. I try waking her up to eat if she goes longer than 2.5 hours but she just doesn't want it
