was moving 6-8 hrs away which means he would no longer see the kids every other weekend or his 24 hrs a month would you expect him to at least say he was leaving?

Was there a consistent relationship with him and the kids? If so, then that should definitely be expected I'd say.

Nope he isn't telling me period. I even brought up that I have to work 9-4:30 tomorrow so I won't be here or picking up the kids when he has them my mom will and he was like oh okay.

Per our court order, he would legally have to. So in my situation, yes.

Yea we have a court order saying he gets them every other weekend 10-4 Sat and Sunday........and it is pretty vague otherwise. But I have full custody which I talked to a lawyer about and he can't legally take them over state lines even to take them to the zoo etc etc. Soooo since he is moving out of state I'm assuming he is forfeiting his visitation.

Mine does as well.

It says that if we want to more more than 2 hour away from each other, we need to give 60 days notice so the other party has the right to go to court about it.

Yea ours I don't think says that or anything to that extent at all. Our judge really f**king sucked. He ordered me to take them back and forth because ya know the one busting their ass to pay for everything should have to spend even more money on driving them everywhere/missing work and so on. And he is only ordered to pay 37.80 every 2 weeks. Which doesn't happen anyways.
