I've been going to the gym 5-6 times a week for about a month now. I do an hour of Zumba 3-4 times a week, followed by 30 minutes of weights (arms and legs) and do 20 minutes of cardio followed by 20 minutes of weights and finish off with another 10 minutes of cardio, twice a week. Is that too many days of strength training or is it ok? Also, any suggestions on how to improve my routine?

Lol no,the days that I do Zumba I only do 30 minutes of strength training afterwards. The days that I don't do Zumba are the days that I do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights.
I would do strength training 3 times a week, every other day.
