So im having a girl & decided on the name Riley EXCEPT i changed it to Rylee because i read that was the more feminine way to spell it. Daddy thinks its "boyish" to spell it Rylee and my mom thinks the name is masculine period. What do you think? :-/

It's a masculine name. Rylee is just mispelled.

Find a new name.

I think Rylee is more feminine in my opinion,Riley is how I've always seen boys spell it. I think it's a cute girls name and to be honest I've heard more girls named Rylee then I have boys.

Spell it correctly. Throwing in random Y's do not make a name feminine. Riley or Reilly.

Gyorge, Bruyce, Mychael - still not feminine because you throw in a Y.

I love Riley on a boy, but not so much for a girl. I would spell it Riley though if I used it.

Riley is a masculine name. I'd go back to the drawing board.

It's a very masculine name and an easy one to misspell. I'd go back to the drawing board. But if you're set on it, go with the classic spelling.

I know three little girls named Riley/Rylee/Ryleigh...and they are all spelled different. It's become a pretty popular. But if I'm honest I really only like it on the friend who named her dd Riley bc her maiden was Riles and it was her last chance to try and use her maiden in some way

I know two girls with that name. One spells it Rylee and the other is Reilly. I like the name.

I think the name its masculine, but i would spell it with a 'y' anyway, just to try and disassociate it with the boy version.
