I woke up bleeding! Young&Blessed 1 child; 1 angel baby; Texas 162 posts

I'm about 7 weeks pregnant and this morning I woke up bleeding and cramping like I'm on my period. I've had no blood clots, just blood. I'm so worried. Has anyone gone through this and turn out okay? I cried all morning. I went to the doctor and they drew blood to see my HCGs and they're drawing again on Friday but even than I won't know the results till Tuesday. I'm so scared. Anyone have any feedback or have been through this?:/

There are MANY reasons woman bleed during early pregnancy. Most of which are 100% normal but are worrisome. Are you cramping?

I spotted while pregnant but no heavy bleeding, LO is fine...I did have heavy bleeding in another pregnancy that resulted in miscarriage.
Best of luck to you dear, hoping everything is okay.

With my 9 month old I bled and cramped for over a month and they didn't know why. With this one I found out at 8 weeks that I have a subchorionic hematoma which is a blood clot at the top of your uterus between the placenta and uterus. It puts you at high risk for miscarriage and if it stays past 20 weeks puts you at high risk for labor. There's nothing they can do about it. I would contact your dr and ask about doing an ultrasound to rule out any issues like a tubal pregnancy, the SCH and things like that. And you are also far enough they can find the heartbeat as well

This is so frustrating and I'm so worried. They didn't do an ultrasound this morning, I was hoping that they would.

Like the other lady said. Never give up hope. If they suggest a d&c tell them no you would like to wait (if they suggest a miscarriage) because you never know 100% when you ovulated.

Yes I have suffered from this problem. I had this problem during first month of my pregnancy and it lasted for about one month. I was prescribed medicines and rest .Doctor said nothing to worry. By the end of second month I was alright. This period like cramping will continue till four months
