So, I've been trying REALLY hard to get back into crafting. I'm motivated, I have ideas. I've got materials. I'm good to go!

But fibromyalgia has made my hands ridiculously hard to use. My wrists hurt. My hands shake. My fingers lock up.

Is there a special kind of glove or brace or ANYTHING I can use to get mobility back into my hands?

Some days I can barely sign my own name. =[

I managed to make this little Rainbow Dash charm last night, but it's so rough and there's so many mistakes.

Sigh. I miss being able to work. Please, there has to be SOMETHING that one of you knows of that can help me?

I have fibromyalgia too and my hands and feet cramp and lock. My Doc told me to get in a Epsom salt bath. It really does help. It loosens the muscles and makes them more flexible. You put a cup of it into a half a bathtub of water. Soak for about 20 or 30 minutes. Beware, it can make you really sleepy too.

I've taken epsolm salt baths since before I got my diagnosis. It only helps the stiffness and tightening in my back, though, not really everything else. It's just relaxing to me really.

Do you take any type of pain medication? I did not want to be on narcotics long term. My Doc has me taking tramadol when the pain gets too bad. It helps some too.
