Go onto youtube and look up post baby yoga or something like that, that and walking are good gentle exercises.

Haha maybe? I am clumsy too and I used to do pilates, maybe try that?

i started doing a lot of stomach vacuum type exercises (where you bring your belly button towards your spine, not just "suck it in", you should feel it in your obliques) walking,

I was wondering about this too. I wanna start doing some workouts. I feel completely normal like I could do stuff I did before.
