So when i had my miscarriage back in may once the brown spotting started it was accompanied by an upset stomach and diarrhea. I never had any bright red bleeding until after the D&C. I just found out monday i was pregnant again and yesterday I was plagued with the same kind of diarrhea, and alittle today. No spotting or bad cramping, just mild shooting pains that i always get when pregnant. But i never have diarrhea and im always constipated while pregnant so im really starting to freak out. We havnt told anyone yet but, it would still be heart breaking to lose another baby... Anyone have this issue and make it out ok. or not ok?

I have the same digestive issues not during pregnancy that you do. Ever since becoming pregnant this time around I have had diarrhea (tmi). It's almost as if since I don't have any morning sickness like I previously had, I have it coming out the other end or something Tmi gross I know. I read about it and things say that it's normal because of the hormones. I honestly don't worry about miscarriages until I see blood/spotting.

I had GI upset at early pregnancy. In fact (before I knew) I went out to dinner and went shopping with a new friend. In the middle of shopping I had to run to the bathroom-quiet embarrassing :(

Every pregnancy is different you'll kill yourself over thinking it if you compare them!

Every time I am pregnant, I always have stomach issues. My husband always jokes that when I complain of constant diarreha, I must be pregnant.

Thanks ladies. I usually never have issues like these so im hoping its just a fluke. I have a pretty strong stomach and never usually get morning sickness. but this just has me super worried.
