How exactly did you do it? Please give me as many details as you can. I'm in desperate need of losing 100lbs and I'm just having trouble even knowing where to begin.
I have a thyroid issue that I was taking medication for (levothyroxine) but we no longer have insurance so I can't take it, which is making this much harder.

I recently lost 40 lbs... Wants to lose about 30 more but have kind of fallen off the band wagon. Anyways.. I did Zumba videos 5 days a week... They are anywhere from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. If I didn't feel like doing it, I just forced myself to do 20 minutes and be done.. I also used a product called Skinny Fiber.. I swear I don't sell it so I'm not trying to get you to buy anything.. It is an all natural product you take before eating It expands in your stomach to make you feel fuller faster and more satisfied with smaller meals. After a lot of research on diet pills, it was really the only one I considered to make scientific sense and didn't have any bad shit in it.. Hope this helps

Eat healthier. High Protien low carb around 1200 calories a day. Drink more water cut out all soda and crap. Eat as fresh as possible no boxes and canned food.

I used the lipozene which is also a fiber that expands in your stomach. I tested it out on a glass of water & it was kinda neat :) I also jogged at least 1 mile a few times a week

You need to be on your medicine.. Your thyroid controls so much.. Generic levothyroxine is available on most places 4-5 dollar plans, if not, it's like 9 bucks a month

I had luck in the past with just walking a TON, doing the 30-day-shred, and eating making healthier/low fat choices with my meals. I ate smaller portions, more frequently and only drank water, with the exception of 1 glass of skim milk a day. Usually after a lot of exercise, I'd have some chocolate milk. I tried to stay below 1,500 calories a day, but I didn't sit there and count calories- that can drive anyone crazy! lol

I lost exactly 75lbs from Jan 18th to last week.... and then I was surprised to find out, I'm pregnant! I guess its true that you get more fertile the more weight you lose. Anyway, I wad doing weight watchers the past 28 weeks. I honestly never exercised either.

My cousin recently dropped over 75 lbs by doing the 90 day visalus challenge. It's a meal replacement shake that you take 2 times a day. It also helps with illness.

This is very true. Not only will it be impossible to loose weight w/o the meds (no matter how well you eat or much you exercise) You are putting your total health at risk by not taking it and risking more weight gain, hair loss, more severe depression, and a whole host of other issues.
Find a discount plan, ask your dr for samples, call the medication manufactures and find out if the have a program for people who need assistance obtaining their meds........ there are so many options

My doctor won't call in anymore refills for me until I go see her again, but I can't go see her because it's too expensive.

80lbs with dance games on my Wii and Xbox. I'm stalled now though so I'm trying the "fast" diet where you do 500 calories two days a week and eat normally for the other five. I feel like that's one I can actually sustain.

I'm trying to look into a free clinic around here.
I can't afford the 500+ dollars it would be to see my doctor and have her take blood just to get my refill filled.
