I have high bp and was recently diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. I have been monitering my bp and pulse and it's high but not that high. I was told to just lay around and relax all day, drink lots of water, etc and to go back to the ER if my bp gets above 200/140. Well I went in last night because I had chest pains and some trouble breathing. They did a chest xray and checked me for blood clots and my xrays are fine and no clots. Well my chest hurts again. My BIL thinks it's either anxiety (which I have a history of and am unmedicated for) or angina which is non life threatening chest pain. Either way I am just miserable. :( Has anyome else experienced anything like this?

It could be anxiety, or possibly your gallbladder. You're a little young for angina.

Yes, referred pain from your gallbladder. It's common.
