Idk but I think you're being silly! Your waist looks sooo much tinier in the top pic.

They are considered "saddlebags". I do t have a clue on the workout though, besides you look amazing & have a better hourglass shape now.

Op your shape is way hotter in the first pic! You've got a beautiful body. But to answer your question side crunches help.

There is no spot treating exercises, you just have to lose fat and that will go away. Cardio is best for fat burning. I do some exercises that my trainer says cinches the your waist, I will try to find the names of the exercises but you still have to do cardio and get rid of the fat or you won't be able to see the results of those exercises.

That's what my bf says. hourglass shape, blah blah blah. & I totally appreciate the compliments, but I guess what bothers me is when my sides hang over my pants :oops:

Thanks for that! I've googled love handle exercises before but I was hoping to hear from somebody with personal experience lol.

I had a similar shape before ds but I was a little thicker in the waist and hips. Now I'm just fat so I'd kill to have it back haha. I used to be ashamed of it all through hs. I just looked in the mirror one day and embraced it. Turns out a lot of ppl said I had a great shape once I started wearing clothes that actually showed it off instead of covering it up. But I did side crunches to tone up the love handles :p.

Yes or a spin class is good. Stuff that will get your heart rate up and make you sweat. You don't HAVE to run if you're not into it, just a good speed walk would be good.
