 SO likes it and he's super picky. So you never know :D

Bear with me, I don't measure most of this lol.

-Cook egg noodles al dente, drain and leave in the strainer for the time being.

-Cut about half of a large white onion (minced) and saute in a pan with some butter until they're soft. Set aside.

-Add roughly 4 tablespoons of butter to a big pot, melt. Slowly start adding about 1 cup of flour (making a roux). It'll chunk up. Then start adding about 3/4 or 1 cup of milk... slowly adding it in and stirring so there are no more chunks. I then add about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of heavy cream, about 2 spoonfuls of sour cream. If it's too thick... add more milk. Season it as you'd like it (I usually add garlic powder, onion powder, and a little seasoning salt).

-Add in the onions. Stir. Add in the cooked egg noodles. Add in 2 cans of tuna (drained). Add in a can of peas. Stir all together. Then I add a few handfuls of shredded cheese until it's super creamy. Put it in a 13x9 pan (butter the bottom) and then top with cheese. I bake for like 15 minutes at 350 just to get the cheese melted.

ENJOY :D

Not sure yet.
I'll probably make dh a double cheeseburger with hashbrowns and chips and I'll have a PBJ with carrots and hummus.

Yeah SO is like "omgawd I taste the onions. There are too many peas in here. wah wah wah"

This was the first time I made it, and I didn't add the shredded cheese throughout the casserole. So it wasn't as cheesy but it was nommy :D

Either lemon pepper chicken and rice or a spicy chicken and rice casserole. I haven't decided yet.
