I lost about 30-35 lbs and have managed to keep up my weight now after losing for 6 or 8 months but I cannot for anything lose the rest. I will lose 2 lbs then gain the 2 back, over and over but I want to lose about 20 more and I can't seem to do it. Any tricks to help boost weight loss again??

No I am still exercising and eating pretty healthy but I have not done a detox. I should try that. Any that you reccomend?

I'm a big fan of the maple syrup one.
But I don't recommend going the whole 10 days the first time. I think 3 days, then 2 months later 7 days, then 2 months later 10 days is better, healthier and more effective. But it's up to you and what you think your body can handle.
I am in the same boat! Lost all my pregnancy weight and now I'm at my pre prego weight of 142. I lose 2 and gain 2. I'm still breastfeeding so I've heard that has a lot to do with not being able to shed more. I feel like really intense workouts (ugh) like HIIT workouts will get more weight off. That and having a strict diet. Both of those options bum me out though so I've just been staying on my normal eating and exercising regimine. Have you tried HIIT workouts? Fitnessblender is a youtubr channel and they make great videos. Also, cutting out gluten and replacing it with healthier options helped me lose a lot of weight without even trying.
