Just don't buy the shit. Write a list (even make a meal plan first) and stick to it. Fruit to munch on.. lots of veggies, yogurt, cheese.. lean meat. Limit your carbs. And don't shop hungry lol I always buy the worst shit when I shop when I'm hungry.

Throw all that crap away!!! We eat lots of fruits, all kind, veggies I usually grate them and put them in things, like homemade muffins, breads, even in your pasta sauce. You won't even realize that they are in there. We eat a lot of hummus, with carrots, my son eats it with celery. No canned goods. Lots of lean meats like turkey, chicken, tilapia, salmon.

We love greek yogurt. We add our own fruit to it. Lots of water, fruits, veggies, lean meats, nuts...

this is my grocery list for tomorrow, actually.

Cabbage
lettuce
tomatoes
cucumbers
squash
carrots
green beans
corn on the cob
tangerines
grapes
watermelon
onion
Chicken breast
porch chops
ground beef
croutons
Italian dressing

For dinners I am making cabbage soup, grilled chicken and grilled squash, Pork cops with corn on the cob and baked potatoes. For snacks we have salads a lot and I cut up the watermelon for quick snacks and the other fruits we snack on too.

you should get ground turkey instead  much better for you, tastes better and you can use it in any recipe that calls for ground beef

Pretty much anything that doesn't go bad, isn't good for you. It really depends on how much your willing to change. There are slight changes you can make that aren't the best, but better than the boxed and over processed crap your eating now.

If you want to start small.. switch up your cereals to healthy ones. Your 2% milk to almond milk. Your potato chips to veggie chips. Pop to sparking juices.

There are TONS of motivational websites out there that can help you out of with this kind of thing. http://undressedskeleton.tumblr.com is a good one.

The fats in the ground beef is what makes the cabbage soup so much better. I know ground turkey is better for you. And I do use it in other things. But for cabbage soup the fat is needed. lol

I've never had a problem with it. I don't use ground meat often to begin with but when I do I've never once missed ground beef. I hate ground beef though, always have. I find ground chicken gross.. but I like ground turkey.

Its pretty good without the beef but for a dinner meal, you need the meat,

Its just Cabbage, tomatoes, onion, ground beef, and sometimes I add carrots and celery. Add water and some seasonings. That's it. very yummy.
